Tina slowly flew onto the empty Quidditch field. Though the afternoon was warm, her heart and mind were cold due to a haunting memory. Today...technically, this evening...exactly a decade ago...she lost both her parents. One killed the other...one she had to kill to save herself. She let a few silent tears slip. what would this world be like if my mother was still alive?

She had never told anybody what happened in her past...and if she had to, and she could bring herself to say was "My parents died."
She left her broom raise slowly up in the air. A mournful song came to her mind, she hummed it silently to herself. "Too many years, fighting back tears...why can't the past just die?" She sang quietly to herself, letting more tears slip.

Looking up at the sky, she continued the song, getting a little louder and stronger by each word, "Wishing you were someone how here again...know we must say goodbye.
Try to forgive, teach me to live...give me he strength to try!
No more memories, no more silent tears...
No more gazing across the wasted years!
Help me say good-bye.






Help me say...good-bye..." She wiped away her tears when she noticed how hard she was crying.

Pavsheve had been watching. She was walking out to practice some dives in the evening, and Tina was here. She was reciting a poem of some sort, but anyone could tell she was crying. Pav didn't want to walk into anything, especially if it was as bad as it looked. So she began to tip toe across the boundary of the field back, perhaps hoping Tina wouldn't notice. She felt sick inside being such a crappy friend.
